Discover our hidden gem in Royal Leamington Spa – definitely worth a visit

One visit to Royal Leamington Spa is enough to make you mutter “I could definitely live here…”. As far as weekend UK city breaks go, Leamington Spa is up there with the greats. After all, there’s a reason it was named the happiest place to live in Britain.

We are inviting you to visit Leamington Spa and have a feel of its history by staying in our Canal House,  a Georgian property built in 1829 and is situated right on the water’s edge of the Grand Union Canal.

The Waterfront comprises of 2 bedrooms; one on each floor; one with a full en-suite and the other with a shower room. Another separate toilet is located on the ground floor. We also have a leather sofa bed in the lounge area that can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The kitchen is unusually spacious and leads into a lounge area that features two interesting alcoves of which were once coal stores of the hotel. One of these has been set up as a study for those that need to work and the WIFI connection is fast. The French doors open from the lounge area into a private, covered conservatory where the sliding doors lead you directly to the water’s edge where you can relax and see the ducks and swans at your door.

The executive duplex  is freshly decorated to a high standard including interesting works of art and also Egyptian cotton linen/towels, leather lounge and quality appliances, crockery, glassware, cutlery and furnishings throughout.

A very unusual and special experience – the Waterfront is a 5 minute walk to the train station and a 7 minute walk to Leamington High St.

A fabulous option to a hotel and not only is the location ideal, but you will feel right at home. For those who are looking for a short to mid-term accommodation, this property is just perfect.
